NO HUBBED AGENT IN CAIRNS yet my last 2 return labels have been for hubbed i cant get it changed | Buying

my last 2 ebay purchases in January 2025 have had issues and I have requested a refund & was directed to get a Return label for each and both times these labels have been from the “hubbed” system Locking me in to their system without giving me a choice of carrier Which causes me no end of grief as in Cairns far north Queensland, Australia WE DO NOT HAVE AN AGENT THAT DOES “HUBBED” and both sellers say that because I chose a hubbed return label they can not now change that to give me an australia post return label because THEY would be out of pocket this last purchase was for 2 second hand and clearly abused routers (photo) that I have repeatedly (at least 50 times) tried to reset to factory defaults and failed all I want is my money refunded as they wont entertain a new return label So in Future I would like ebay to stop refering my purchases to the hubbed system and only send me return labels using australia post system the seller told me I must contact ebay to arrange returns to use australia post not hubbed as he is not interested in sending a second return label because it cost him too much how was i to know when i clicked on print label it would not give me a choice but hubbed
