Non-arrival
I purchased an item on the 30th December and was advised of its shipment on the next day. However, it still has not arrived and all contacts made with transport company have failed even though it is stated as “in depot”. Where is it.

·1 year agoPostage is bad this time of year is time of year,Public holidays mess everything up.
Dont expect anything for awhile.
It probably still is in the depot..There was no deliveries for a couple of days.

You said it states it is at the depot, is there any reason to think it is not, indeed still at the depot?
What is the estimated delivery date?
If it was shipped on New Year's Eve, you would be very lucky if it was suppose to arrive that fast
You need to be more patient/realistic at 'this time of year'
If it does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, you have the MBG o get your money back
Where was the seller registered, what is their feedback like and which delivery company?
