Not getting my eBay Plus discount at checkout after it says it was added to my clipboard

I joined eBay Plus but on my last three purchases I have not received the $5 off after clicking on it & being told it was added to my clipboard. Waste of money to join if this is going to keep happening. I have tried contacting someone but getting nowhere. No point in contacting the sellers as it is not their fault

I think it’s only a $5.00 discount for a limit of one purchase every 4 weeks. I’m sure that’s what the rules say.
