I ordered this flag on August 24. It was supposed to be delivered by Sept 9 but I still don't have it! Who is the company so I can contact them directly?

Do not bother trying to contact the company.

You risk wasting time back and forth with no progress.

The seller's name should be in your "my ebay' section under purchases but we can't view that.

We are not ebay, we are just people like yourself & this is a public messageboard.

Your very best bet is to immediately open a proper ebay claim for an item not received.

Ebay will contact the seller and unless they can provide proof of delivery, you should get a full refund.

You purchased from an eBay seller, not eBay.

Presuming it's the US seller who has left you feedback ?

The item will show on your Purchase History page where you can see the seller's name

I think Sept 9th would be the earliest estimated delivery date, not the last estimated delivery date

but the last date would be close.

Do you have tracking and what does it show ?

As sandy has already advised, you can open an item not received claim after the last estimated delivery date

You'd need to send the seller an eBay message

But as you have already waited so long past the estimated delivery date (you say 'by' which would suggest the 9th was the latest estimated delivery date, don't leave it too long to open and follow through with an item not received dispute
