I have tried to find out why my order number 05-11419-7360 for item ID 145691675337 has not been delivered.
Numerous searches I have made on your "not delivered" portal keeps bringing up a "no record of order" message. My purchase history akso does not show the order
I have email dated 8 Apr confirming the order from ebay with an estimated delivery 15 - 19 Apr. I also have my record of payment of A$132.83 made on 9 Apr with description "eBay 0*05-11419-73640 Sydney".
Please sort this out.

·2 years agoLooking at the negs for that seller, it looks like a hijacked account to me.
I will report it as such.
As Sandy says, you are just out of time for an ebay money back guarantee, but
if you paid by Paypal you have 180 days from purchase to file an Item not Received claim with them.
Otherwise try a chargeback with your bank if you paid by credit card.

Did you buy using this account or as a guest?
Did you changed the time frame under your purchase history?
Did you try to communicate with the seller?
Out of time now for you to do anything with eBay if the last estimated delivery date was April 19
