Payment processing (Zip)

I was checking out an item using Zip, and clicked out of the window as I was signing-in. The order "went through" and now the payment is saying "processing". I haven't gotten an e-mail order confirmation yet, and the order isn't on my Zip account, because I didn't actually sign-in yet.
I can't opt to pay for the item using another method, as it's still processing. Will it auto-cancel and will I be able to use another way or is it best to just request a cancellation?

·1 year agoHi I have that same problem. Money taken from my account. I might add different amount from what the goods were? I can contract the merchant he probably has not received the order but money taken.
Where do I complain??
Please help

OP1 year agoSome additional info. Neither the seller or I can cancel because the payment hasn't been made yet. The payment is showing as "still processing". I didn't finish signing-in to my account so the payment isn't showing in my Zip account, even as pending.

·1 year agoHave you contacted anyone who might be able to help about this?
Until such time where either another member who experienced the same issue, and has found out how to 'fix' it at least?
It could be simply just a glitch, or it could be something that can only be 'fixed' by whoever is responsible for the issue on their end

OP1 year agoThanks for your reply. I've since contacted eBay support, they weren't too sure what to do. They suggested contacting Zip, but I don't think they would be much help seeing as I didn't even get to the point of confirming the order through them.
The last thing the eBay support person told me was that I should just wait for 24hrs for Zip to review it and cancel the order on their side somehow, so hopefully that goes through.
So confusing... but still my fault as I should've just used my card.
