    PayPal can't login

    Trying to make a purchase via PayPal but whenever eBay asks me to login, a page requesting me to manage my cookie settings comes up. I can't close the page or if I change any of the settings and save them nothing happens. Even if I just try to login to PayPal the same thing happens. I've cleared the cache and cookies, but that doesn't work.

    Have you contacted PayPal?

     

    Have you tried the padlock icon (or similar) in the URL  to clear cookies (and refreshed) 

     

    Or from the 'hamburger menu' on your browser itself?

     

    Possibly a Friday glitch?

     

    Are you using a VPN?
