The seller does not want to pay fake item postage back. How to ask ebay to step in and help in the event that the seller won't refund you or is requiring you to send the goods back at your cost?

if what you get is not what was described in the listing, you open and follow through with an item not as described dispute. If the seller wants the item back, they have to provide a postage label
Better still, check feedback before you buy and it will avoid many issues, one of the recent sellers to leave you feedback has 21 negs just in the last month alone, and 228 in the past year
