    Plus Exclusive 5% off - Being Charged to Sellers????? Why?

    So since the Plus Exclusive 5% off ebay promotion started 5th May we have lost 5% of the value of the item, usually coupons are applied and go un-noticed this is costing me a fortune and I didn't agree to it. Does anyone know why we've been opted into this nonsense?
