Purchased a supposed 25.4mm bore wheelbarrow tyre but only 25.02mm as shown in photo sent to seller. Suggestions by seller were for me to file down axle (which is bizarre) then to return it for a refund (why should I do this when they mis-advertise and send an incorrect product?). A good idea not to use any site if you do not know how it works Anyone reading here having similar issues, like ever buyer has all the power to open the appropriate dispute within the time limit and not play games with sellers Plus checking feedback before buying is always required Buyers do not need to do what a seller says You could have ignored the seller’s nonsense and opened a not as described dispute. If you do not want to do that, that is entirely your choice
