Hello everyonePlease help me out, I recently receive negative feedback because buyer failed to read the whole listings. I described the watch as brand new but require new battery. Sold as is no return or exchange. When I pointed out that watch need new battery buyer responded she put new battery. I sent her message again if she provide proof from the watchmaker that battery has been replaced and still not working, I'm happy to talk to ebay. No response from buyer but instead leaving negative fee...
