Report seller harassing outside of Ebay not working. Click Submit nothing happens.
I have been contacted directly to my email by a seller, after speaking to Ebay they were blocked due to being contacted every day for multiple days & 3 times in 1 day with same message through Ebay. I bought an item which they refunded me for as it was not in stock.I have blocked them on my personal email now as well. I click on submit to report but it won’t work. The buyer is currently away.

·2 years agoIt's because you have technically had a transaction with them....I think it might be a fortnight that you can't block....someone will be along shortly who knows

·2 years agoI can go to "orders paid and posted", there will be other means as well......under the address there is their 'other' contact details....I've just checked....been like this since MP came in.
I message my customers to ask if I can phone them.....lots of 'stuff' gets sorted this way.....
