HelloI purchased a few items from the same vender but all individually, only one of the three items turned up and the tracking never progressed. I messaged the seller many times asking for an ETA and always got the same answer "its at the Global Shipping Center & will be dispatched soon" This went on for so long I opened a request for Ebay to step in & nothing happened. I assumed the delay was due to the cyclone but I persisted asking to the point the seller got upset and explained that once the courier has the item then the liability is on Ebay & then the request timed out and Ebay don't want to know about it. I just want my items delivered or my money back Does anyone have any advice?
