Return processed, items sent back but seller hasn't giving me my refund.

How do I contact Ebay directly? I processed a return due to false advertising on the sellers behalf. However this process has been going on for months and I still haven't been sent my refund. None of the help pages actually help.

Did you follow the proper process, or did you just do what the seller 'said'

You have eBay help at the top of every page

But if you did not follow the correct process (opening and following through with the item not as described dispute) then there is not going to be help from eBay

Yes, I went through the procedure of proccessing a refund as there was no option other than leaving a review of the product. So after dealing with the severly unprofessional seller I processed a refund, sent the purchase back even sent the tracking which they were fine with and even said they would process the refund nor required anything further from my end...... the seller has since stopped replying to my messages. No help has been provided other than help pages or an automated chat that tells me to go through a refund process which I already have done.

So by 'processed a refund' you mean you opened and followed though with an official item not as described dispute? .Did the seller issue you with a return postage label ? Reviewing the product has nothing to do with opening an actual proper dispute
