Hi I recently made 3 or 4 attempts to purchase some sauce from different sellers and even to the point of messaging the seller and asked if it can be delivered to me in the country town that I live in. Was advised it can be but then Received a refund ... I have purchased this particular sauce on many occasions over the years but these last 4 times my orders are refunded and advised that it can't be delivered to my location... so my question is why ? It's a bottle ( plastic container) 1.95kg and it's is even made here in Australia....

·1 year agoIf the item is in Australia and so are you, then you'd think Australia Post could do deliveries.
I'd do as others suggested and very politely ask the sellers why it was cancelled. Just say you are curious as you have struck the problem a few times and you're trying to figure out if the issue is the product itself or the courier company etc
I think some companies don't deliver to extreme rural locations.
You could also contact the actual sauce company and ask if there are any isseus with supply. As brickworksmarket said, they may even sell direct.

Did you ask the seller why they cancelled when they said it could be sent to you?
Are these sellers registered in Australia?
Is it the same seller, but under different seller names?
Why not just purchase it from who you usually do instead?

·1 year agoYou may find it is out of stock from the site they purchase from and then have it sent to you. Personally I would go direct to the sauce and cut out the middleman and save some money.
