Scammed?
Bought item. A couple of hours later get a message saying it is no longer available, "would you like a refund?" I say yes, four days later, nothing. When I go to contact ebay area and it gives the order of my recent purchases, that item, which is Bentonite powder, is replaced by a Basketball card (it doesn't show this in "my ebay" though). Very perculiar. The seller has a 95% rating but has lots of scale, 12K -odd

·2 years agoDouble check to see if the refund has been made but if not, then do not communicate with the seller, open an ebay claim for item not received as soon as the estimated delivery date has passed. Don't be persuaded to shut the case either till you get the refund.

·2 years agoAny refund will go back to the funding source ie bank account etc, check there but it can take a few days to clear depending on the bank.
95.3 is not a good feedback figure, and it would be wise to avoid a seller like that.

I don't know about the item changing in 'contact ebay'
What was the estimated delivery date?
