this is two times that i have a scammer offer me to buy my items. this suite not safe anymore.
I am assuming you mean the lounge suite that sold twice, where you accepted best offer.
As it was a pick up item, I am guessing the buyers just didn't turn up or else didn't contact you after the ebay sale.
This is not exactly a scam because you still have your lounge suite.
What you had happen is that the buyer let you down. This happens sometimes on ebay and more often on other sites such as gumtree or marketplace.
Do as sandypebbles advised. Cancel that sale, let ebay know the buyer did not pay. You will at least get your fees back. Do that every time any buyer on ebay does not pay. You will eventually find a good buyer.
Scammer buyers are a dime a dozen and always have been on here
Did they actually 'buy' from you (was it the lounge that sold twice?)
Did you use the tools eBay gives you in these situations
Did you cancel the sale using the reason buyer did not pay?
You will be charged the fees for selling otherwise
And the scammer buyers won't get the non payment strike
It being unsafe on this suite (sic) I take it you have seen the recent news stories about what has happened to people who have sold on Facebook Marketplace ?

It is very unusual for scammer to target couchs, very heavy for them to hide.
