Seller cancelled an item I won and put 'Issue with buyer's shipping address' as the reason for cancellation. Item was located in the US and the seller had listed they will ship to Australia using eBay's global shipping program. I suspect it's because they were expecting more bids, but I was the only bidder. The item has now been relisted with a higher starting price. Is there any way I can get the item?
