i recieved this email if they are australian seller as on photo this email is not truthfull
"Dear buyer , Sorry to bother you . With regard to the item you bought recently ,we sent the product to the logistics company, but the logistics company said that there is no channel to send the product to your address. Sorry to let you down. To save your time, we are willing to make the full refund back to you as a sincere apology. And then you can buy elsewhere to get the item soon. Is that acceptable for you? And we will give you vip discount to your next order . Hope you could understand,we are aware that you are not easy to go through this trouble, but we're only small stuff here. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Once we receive your reply, further action will be taken to you. Look forward to your early reply." | | | |

·3 years agoWhere does it say they are registered (not 'what the ad says') which is meaningless
What does their feedback page say?
Dollars to donuts it is China
Very likely with horrid feedback
Even more likely when the two most recent sellers you bought from, both in China, both with awful feedback

·3 years agoOf course the seller is in China... The whole tone of the email ("dear buyer" etc.) would justify this assumption I think. They always use free postage from their warehouse, using couriers that take an eternity to deliver and that don't deliver to all locations anyway.

·3 years agoThey probably just have a warehouse here and use a courier (probably Aramex) that does not deliver to your address.
Maybe it is a blessing in disguise that they are refunding you and that you can buy your item elsewhere. Try to buy from a genuinely Aussie seller this time and ask them which postal service they use if it is not specified in the listing.
And... many sellers who only have a warehouse here are in the habit of adding an Australian flag to their avatar, which is quite deceptive IMO.
