Seller sent a faulty defective item and asking for PayPal account to charge me for return postage label.

Need help.

You need to stop buying such things from random sellers who are not authorised to sell these batteries

The seller has rubbish feedback for a start

Apart from that, buying these items from randoms on eBay is a sure way to injure or kill someone or burn your house down, or someone else’s

If it's within 30 days of receiving it, open an 'item not as described" dispute through eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

The seller will need to pay for and send you a tracked return label.

If he doesn't , you can ask eBay to step in after 3 days.
