95.2% is horrific for a high-volume seller....................

You should not name sellers on here.
What you should do is read the negative feedback before you purchase & be aware of the eBay Money Back Guarantee clearly displayed on the listing
Try your credit provider for a refund.
Did you really expect to receive a quality product for those prices?
