Superior Auto Parks/ Superior Automotive
BEWARE. This a very unprofessional. They take your money for parts they do not have in their possession. It is almost 12 months on, and although promised, I still have not received a refund. They are impossible to get a hold of and they will not return your call. !!

·9 months agoAnd you're not going to receive a refund. You have lost that money. You could have had it back but you went the wrong way about things.
It sounds as if you contacted the seller early on and they sent a message about refunding you.
Here's the thing:
A seller can refund very easily. It wouldn't take much more time than writing to you to say they will refund.
So what really should have happened was they should have refunded then contacted you to say they had refunded.
But in any case, the moment they said they would refund, you should have been watching and if no refund was forthcoming within 48 hours, you should have taken action.
Taking action does not mean contacting the seller. It means opening an ebay claim for a refund for an item not received. You don't have to go through the seller to do it, you do it independently and you follow through with it.
As long as you open a claim within 30 days of the expected delivery date, ebay will force a refund from the seller.
Had you paid with paypal, you'd have 180 days to claim item not received.
But 12 months on? Way out of time. Never, ever let things coast or let a seller string you along. Take action early.

·9 months agoWhy would I take advice from someone who can't abide by basic forum rules, can't get the name of the seller right and who choses to do their own thing rather than open a dispute?
I will read seller feedback before I buy something and decide for myself thanks

·9 months agoOh dear....you've broken all the rules......you cannot name/shame here.....so a mod will be along shortly to edit your post.
Did you ever lodge a claim via ebay, through their MBG? Or, have you been doing your own thing?
Maybe your only chance now, is to do a chargeback through your bank, if you paid by c/c....good luck!
