I received an unexpected refund on an Item I ordered and was verified by the delivery service, but it was not signed for. The item somehow disappeared, apparently, from my letterbox, so I never received it. I complained to Ebay and I unexpectedly received a refund. This is an example of a company that looks after its customers and wants to grow its business. Well done.

We get such a mixed lot of posts on the boards.
Some other buyers are complaining that they can't get a refund even when tracking shows the item was not even delivered to their address but to somewhere else.
I wonder if some of it depends on which ebay rep you get or if, by chance, there had been other problems flagged about your seller.
