"The product I received has two right hand side foot pegs control "
If it's within 30 days of receiving it and you've received something not as described, open an 'item not as described' dispute through eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
The seller will need to provide you with a return label with tracking and you can ask eBay to step after a few days if necessary.
I don't think it concerns anybody here (other than you). If you have an issue with a product you've purchased, then it only concerns both you and the seller. Since you're obviously not trying to communicate with yourself, wat actually makes you think the seller will read your post here? It's a long-shot and highly unlikely.
To communicate with your seller directly, there's no need to share with all and sundry. Simply use the "Contact seller" link under "More actions" on the order details page. If you can't achieve an acceptable resolution, then you have the MBG to fall back on - provided you meet the eligibility requirements.
