    The order was placed and paid on Nov 29 with delivery expected Dec 14. Tracking shows it was posted Dec 1.  What now, I'm having trouble contacting the seller?

    Has the final ETA passed yet ?

     

    If it has you have 30 days past that to open a dispute in eBay's MBG.
