Unable to pay using Paypal.
Unable to complete purchase using Paypal in Ebay Checkout as the button is greyed out. Have tried two different computers using different browsers. Have checked Paypal account and is ok. Have had no problems previously, my last purchase being in late December 2025. Any ideas appreciated.

·6 months agoThe greyed out payment button is most commonly caused by an issue with your delivery address, rather than your payment method.
From late last year eBay has not been accepting Parcel Collect or Parcel Locker addresses. If you have one of these set as your primary delivery address, the payment button will remain greyed out until you select an acceptable delivery address.
Once you have done so, the payment button will become active, and the address will automatically be set as your primary delivery address (whether you like it or not). If you don't want this to remain as your default address, you have to go in to your stored delivery addresses and change it there.

OP6 months agoAll working ok again! Delivery address in my account looked ok but had to delete & reinsert same details. Have never changed any details before, ahh technology?? Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
