Who mediates between unresolved issues at eBay now? I have an outstanding issue and have contacted eBay approx 3 wks ago (and up to now I am still waiting for a reply) in regards to a seller who after posting an item with 10 pcs but only sent 1 pc. And after I showed her pertinent screenshots about ordered item, does not want to engage with me anymore. Instead directed me to communicate with eBay. I did not realise it is now hard to contact eBay to mediate and resolved such issues! I feel like I am chasing shadows. This is not a good eBay experience at all.

The listing you left neg for, is for 1 item only, don't know why you think 10.

The listing has not been revised in the last three months.

just to add, the seller does have 10 pks of this item listed, @ $34. but it is a separate listing to the one you left FB for.

i had to buy again as the 1st transaction was deceiving, hence, has to be reported to eBay. when i placed that 1st order the desc says 10 pcs but she sent me 1 pc only. and the original desc is gone. fortunately for me i take screenshots of things i purchase. when i told and sent her the pertinent screenshots with the date & time stamped prior to purchasing she claims it is eBay's fault.

Not sure what you mean by 'mediate'

If you did not get what you ordered and the seller is not helpful, you open and follow through with an item not as described dispute

Sounds like you have left it too long though, as the time limit for the MBG is 30 days after the last estimated delivery date

If you want a good eBay experience, you use the tools you are given

There is no need to contact eBay

Opening a dispute is up to you to do

There is no 'mediation'

Both the most recent sellers you bought from have awful feedback

Ah ok. Issue is did not read the listing and then left a neg for buyer error. OP, have you messaged the seller and asked them to send you a feedback revision request so you can fix YOUR mistake?

no wonder sellers are quite bold in trying to pull dirty tricks bcoz they are no longer answerable to any body. they will post an item describing 10pcs, deletes the original advert and then send 1 pc only. nice try isn't it? too bad for her i got the pertinent screenshots. the worst they can get is to give a refund back to buyers. and you said so yourself 30 days from delivery and it is only the 27th day today. are you a seller yourself?

The seller has not revised the description since February! Which would put you out of time to make a claim! The listing is for ONE item.

this is why i am asking for a mediator. she says - i say. only eBay can really say when the original desc was deleted. becoz for sure only the seller is able to create and delete her own post. i can only take screenshots.

So can I - only take screen shots - that listing was last revised - quantity - on March 6th.

There is no mediator. The general public can see what was edited and when. Screenshots has nothing to do with it. Revisions are right there, clear as crystal

I never said YOU have neg feedback as a buyer (which is not possible) YOU have left neg feedback for a seller . You left the neg. Not sure where you get I said you HAVE a neg
