Warranty Failure
Hi
I purchased a car part covered by a one year warranty. The item failed after 6 months, so beyond the return period.
I contacted the seller with no reply.
The ebay portal dosent cover a return after the usual 30day period.
How can the sell offer 1 year waranty then deny support.

·4 months agoThere is NO warranty on anything on eBay, unless the seller is an authorised seller/re-seller of the item and registered in Australia
The eBay MBG is not a warranty, two entirely different things and nothing to do with each other
eBay do not offer/provide/cover/enforce warranties
Given the seller has not responded, it sounds very much like they are not authorised to offer a warranty, and it is simply a meaningless word on the screen
*IF* you did indeed purchase from an authorised seller, registered here, you will need to contact the company in question directly
