why hasnt my recently purchased and paid for item shown up on my ebay purchase history...
i have an order number and transaction id number but after 24hrs it still hasnt shown up on my purchase history nor has the seller replied to my email/question.

·1 year agoIf you purchased with the ID you've posted your question with, and as it's recently changed to the year 2025, make sure the drop down box - See Orders: on your purchase history page is showing correctly

·1 year agoIf you did send an email as you say, I don't blame the seller for not responding. All communication need to be kept to email messages only
Even so, not all sellers are online 24/7 and are not obligated to respond within hours, especially on a Sunday
The time to ask questions is before you buy, the seller can not make changes etc after you have paid
If you did indeed buy as a guest and then sent messages under the eBay ID you are posting with, the seller does not have any way of knowing you are the same person
