Why is a seller on Ebay not sending my DVDs. Twice since September last year I've ordered from this.
Does Ebay actually do anything about a seller who has a track record of not sending product to a buyer. Here are the order numbers.

·5 months agoEbay just brings buyers and sellers together, it is up to you to decide who you buy from. Why do you keep buying from the same Sellers that you are not happy with? What surprises me even more is that they haven't put you on their blocked lists after all the abuse you are giving them. You may find it could end up snowballing as other dvd sellers see all your complaints and you may ultimately find that you cannot buy from any of them. It is much better to try to solve problems directly with the Seller, and if it doesn't work out then buy elsewhere in future. Leaving so much bad feedback just makes you look like a chronic complainer and many Sellers would rather not deal with that kind.

·5 months agoOh now I remember you .
I gave a warning for DVD sellers after looking at your feedback left for others
One was
"This DVD has a falsely advertised cover of an attractive woman who is actually a fat non attractive woman"

·5 months agoWhy on earth would you buy - TWICE - from a seller with such bad feedback ?
If you don't receive an item , you have 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an item not received claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee
https://pages.ebay.com.au/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
You have 180 days from payment to file a claim with Paypal, if that's how you paid

·5 months agoHave you notified eBay by opening and following through with item not received disputes so you at least get your money back?
Other members cannot see anything from the order numbers
And just because eBay allow the scammer to keep listing does not mean you have to choose to buy from the scammer
Given the seller has utter garbage feedback, why are you buying from them and then surprised you have issues?
90.4% for a high volume seller is terrible
Plus they have 42 positives from eBay automated feedback, so likely their real score is even worse
Stop supporting dodgy sellers like this
It is your choice
