Don’t buy from dodgy sellers in the first place
Open and follow through with the item not received dispute within the time limit
You make no mention of doing so, so how do you expect eBay to know, or to be covered by the MBG.
Not hard

Use of ALL CAPS in posts is viewed as SHOUTING on discussion boards.
Many of those who post on these boards to help others are old. I, myself, are an exception at just 24 yrs old (cough, cough read that as early 60s 😁)
Being old, means our eyesight is not like it was when we were young. Large slabs of uninterrupted ALL CAPS text can be difficult to read, leading to posts not being read to the end.
If you MUST use ALL CAPS, break it into short sentences in short paragraphs. Also, include a line space between paragraphs
Although I don't consider myself old, I can't read more than a few lines of ALL CAPS before I hit the 'back' button and move on. Tonight, I'm sitting on my lounge and decided to post this in the hope that it helps others who didn't know this undiestands my SHORTS message 🫣

·1 year agoIt's not hard at all IF you opened a case using the eBay Money Back Guarantee & followed all the steps to receive a refund.
Massaging the seller will not help.
