The item I purchased has been delayed for two weeks beyond the promised delivery date, and I still haven’t received it. When I reached out to eBay for help, I was told that this order is not covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee, so I should contact the seller directly. However, despite contacting the seller multiple times, the seller has not provided any solution or compensation. I now find myself stuck in a dead loop — eBay directs me to the seller, and the seller does nothing to resolve the problem. This experience is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I kindly request eBay to review my case and assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
