wrong tracking number offered to me on parcel
I bought an item off eBay, I was given a tracking number which Australia post has said that it doesn't match my physical address details that I have registered with Australia post. the item has been delivered to an address that is 2 hours away from my address and now eBay claims item has been delivered. but eBAY cannot see the issue. I wish to contact customer support (a human) not a computer chat bot.

Go to eBay Help and when you get to the automated assistant, ask to speak to a supervisor

Is this the same address as the one you have registered with eBay ?

You bought from a seller who sells their items on eBay
Have you contacted the seller who 'may' have given you the wrong tracking number
Is the seller registered in China ?
What is the item number, don't give the seller's name.

physical address is same in eBay and Australia post,
give the item number 16528643789 = is the seller registered in china = I don't know how to check that from my iPad.

Poor feedback but have you contacted them ?
Their feedback indicates Aramex courier delivery and slow delivery ... not Australia Post.
Have you checked with the seller how your item was sent ?

the seller has just re contacted me and apologised for their stuff up and have give me a NEW Tracking number which is Aramex which was different from the original dispatch email. Thankyou Casey for taking time out to help me,
