Combined Postage
When I send offers to a customer and they are excepted why cannot they combine the shippings costs (postage).
Has the system changed just lately.
This is a problem for me as they have to pay for each item and then I have to make a refund for postage which has been doubled up.
How can I and my customers overcome this problem?

Yes, it changed a few months ago when 'accepted' offers became no longer sold until paid for. The items remain for sale to anyone.
The combined postage option was removed

·2 weeks agoI don't know if this is relevant but I recently had a problem with sending an invoice for combined items and user help pointed out that my items had all been changed to "immediate payment" apparently when the new "free to sell" software change came in. It was really hard to see, as it doesn't show on my listing but if I chose revise and then looked at payment options, it was there. It was an easy fix by doing bulk edit and payment options, but I would not have known if the ebay rep hadn't told me.
