I sent a double record set to USA ,Well padded and in a stiff cardboard Box.I have posted many records oversees and have not had a problem before..The double record set I posted 2 weeks ago has arrived with both records split in two..The buyer isnt blamming me nor is he asking for a refund ,But he would like to know how he can be compensated for this through the postal system.,Australia post offers $100 compensation.I think thats only for domestic items...Does Ebay labels offer any kind of compensation for damage in the post..Does he need to go to America post to claim compensation,..Do I do it it this end..Not sure what to do.
