Delisting a a genuine item
I've had two listings removed from EBAY, the 1st one i resold elsewhere as it was not a fake. The most recent one was for my Versace Faux Pearl Choker necklace. I responded with the information you needed regarding this item that I originally purchased from an EBAY seller with a screenshot, and yet, have chosen to delist it. It seems to me that you are tagging my listings There is no reason to delist it or did EBAY allow me to buy a fake item??????? in the first place

·1 month ago · EditedWhat was the seller's feedback like? Did they have a history of selling fake/counterfeit items, or cheap knock offs? Where were they located? Where did the item originate? Was the price indicative of a counterfeit product? Were any of these very, very basic red flags present?
At the end of the day if you actually did buy a fake, YOU allowed you to buy it. It was entirely your decision - a decision which you weren't forced into.
Take some responsibility for your own actions. You don't have to buy something just because it's for sale, and it's nobody else's fault if you end up making a poor decision.
Now, if you did in fact receive a counterfeit product, you don't get to onsell it... lest you breach eBay policy and risk them placing sanctions on your account.
Just remember that if you have any doubts at all regarding authenticity, then it should be considered counterfeit.

You as the buyer are responsible for knowing if you purchased a fake in the first place, especially if you then list it yourself
Yes, eBay does allow fakes of all kinds to be listed and sold and usually protects the selling the fake, so you buying from a seller on eBay does not mean anything
