How to add tracking number / shipped
Hello all, I’ve been caught out with a three item order, going to post office and getting an ebay post label for one item and putting them all together and now can’t mark shipped or add tracking number to the other two.
The two additional items now show as overdue on dispatch (and I have promised a refund on extra postage as well).
Any suggestions on how I get these marked as shipped and close them out?
