You are leaving feedback for the buyer, you said here they paid promptly yet you are leaving the BUYER nasty feedback
eBay does not read the feedback
Not ok and and besides that, it is against eBay policy to leave a 'false positive'
Hopefully the buyer reports your nasty feedback
Given that, mostly likely the reason your money is on hold is because you have failed to do what is required of you as a seller

If not, your payment will be on hold for up to 31 days and you'll need to request a payout.
Why on earth did you leave that feedback for the buyer who's done nothing wrong at all ?
The buyer paid promptly and gave you nice feedback.
