Tracked letter postage changes July 26
Summary: davewil1964 shared information about changes in Australia Post's mailing sizes as of July 2026, noting that 'medium' tracked letters are no longer C5 and now carry a maximum of 5mm of contents. countessalmirena humorously lamented the changes, mentioning missing breakfast as a metaphor. koalazau questioned whether the change might be a typo and inquired about the status of pre-existing envelopes, assuming they will still be 20mm.
According to AP's July 2026 Post charges, 'medium' tracked letters are no longer C5 and can carry a maximum 5mm of contents.
C4 is the only 20mm option and are not much cheaper than an XS mailer.

·3 months agoTypo maybe? Have they highlighted that change somewhere?
I assume pre-existing purchased envelopes will still be 20mm

OP3 months agoThe stated 'medium' is barely larger than DL, so unlikely to be a typo.
