Caption this #659 ***Congrats twyngwyn ***
Summary: The discussion is about a caption competition where participants vote for their favorite captions using a thumbs-up system. sandypebbles explains the rules, noting that an honor system is used to prevent voting for one's own captions. The winner is decided by the most votes, or by sandypebbles in case of a tie. twyngwyn and others join in with captions, and it's announced that "twyngwyn" won. However, sandypebbles mentions issues with editing the heading due to moderator approvals and visibility problems with the thread.
To vote for the captions you like, please use the 👍🏻 “thumbs-up”.
Due to the reduced functionality and clunkiness of the new look boards, we must rely on an honour system whereby members don’t vote for their own captions.
The winner will be the caption that has the most 👍🏻 votes. The OP will edit the heading at the end of the challenge, to announce the winner in the heading.
In the event of a tie, the OP will decide the winner.
The winner will start the new round.
Caption This #659 ends on September, 20, 2026
