Need Assistance
For the last two hours I have been trying to find a way to contact Microsoft Technical Support. Apparently there is no way by phone, email or live chat. Phone contact states support has gone online, but only for articles on related problems. All comments by customers online say the are uncontactable now.
Does anybody know a way around this?

OP2 years agoThanks padi*0409. The phone number listed is the one I've tried several times today and a recorded message states all support is now online, which it is not.
Thanks twyngwyn. I did register for the Community Hub, but all responses appear to be from community members, not Microsoft support.
From what I can gather, Microsoft no longer have a support service for Home customers. Given it appears that nobody can contact them, I am concerned that Warranty issues and complaints cannot be addressed now. I doubt I will ever by another Microsoft product if they will not communicate with customers.

Contact - Microsoft Support

You are right, I've tried that about eight times today. It only directs you to help articles. Only recently it had a link to Online Chat if the articles didn't help, but now that is gone.

·2 years agoHI there, used contact support at bottom of a microsoft page, as soon as I got a chance (think I had to select a product first) It had a box with an enquiry example and I entered contact agent.
Then had to select from options, selected technical support or similar, then had to select device sub type.
Then given the option for online chat in browser, or leave number for support call back.
Below is where I finished up, if you can not get there with my mangled help above, let me know and I will see if I can replicate how I got there in more detail .

I opened Microsoft Support and a new page appeared, which I have never seen before. Speaking with an agent was easy, which I just did. I mentioned what happened yesterday and he said there must have been a system update/upgrade. I guess it was my bad luck that I tried to contact them on the wrong day. However, I am pleased that Microsoft remain contactable.
