Already cancel the order in two days before they send out

I already cancel the order in 14/05/2025 but the seller still send out the item in 16/05/2025 to me and the seller reply to ask me to keep the item and just do a some refund to me is it ok. For me it's quite strange, I already canceled the order before they send it out.

It make take a few days and any kind of refund will go to your original funding source.

If and when you receive it, I recommend you leave the seller positive feedback

The seller is not obligated to do so

You did not cancel the order, you requested the seller to cancel the order.

Buyers cannot cancel orders.

For future reference, decide what you want to buy prior to purchase.
