    I am trying to convert my account across to a business account - we have a legal business in AUS but our directors live in NZD - how do we clarify this as the living state needs to be an AUS one?

    As far as I am aware, Australian companies must have at least 1 Australian director.

    For all private companies registered in Australia, ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) requires that a local Australian resident be appointed as a director of the company at all times.
