Given you are on the member boards, that anybody from eBay seldom reads, and never actions, implicit in your demand was that other member's fix your issue. So the assumption was correct. Your assumption that you are addressing eBay is the reverse. Maybe search about how to cancel eBay Plus

Other members are not going to give you money for failing to cancel before the fees you agreed to were due
