Hi everyone,
My eBay Plus membership expired on 17 Jan 2026. When I chose to stay and continue my membership, the system showed an offer that I would receive a $30 voucher, to be delivered within 14 days of payment.
I have already renewed and paid, but as of 1 Feb 2026, I still haven’t received the voucher (no email and nothing showing in my account).
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is there a specific eBay contact number or support channel for eBay Plus issues? I tried looking on their website but no help. It seems they just try to prevent us from contacting them.
Any advice on how to follow this up would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Click onto the CS Team link, and ask for an agent. I believe eBay Plus would be preselected as the subject, but if not, you should type words to that effect into the chat box.
