From Seller, a cooling gel dog bed which is leaking.
How do we contact someone regarding the dog bed purchased on the 24th September which is leaking quite badly. It has a green patch put on it by the makers and liquid is running out of it there as well as a couple of other spots which are 'bubbles' in the plastic.

·1 year agoAs the 30-day money back guarantee period has passed, you’re no longer covered by eBay. However, if you paid through PayPal, you could open a dispute under Buyer Protection.
Did you not notice the green patch at first? As long as it was not as described on arrival, PayPal should cover you.
I’ll echo sandy; don’t risk your pet’s health with unbranded rubbish churned out as cheaply as possible in a Chinese factory.

And your dog deserves far better than toxic rubbish sold by a dodgy seller
PLEASE bin it and buy something safe for your pet
Why did you not open a dispute the minute you received a damaged product that already had a 'patch' on it?
