Gett]ing in contact with EBAY

Hi all,

why is it so hard to contact customer service by phone? I have tried and twice ended up with live chat which did not help me. What do you do when someone leaves you feedback on items that you never sold them. It is very obvious that I did not sell these but still eBay can’t remove the feedback. They only need to read it to see that it was old feedback from 10 months left for another seller. I have wasted hours trying to sort this out with no luck. Not good enough
