Hi I recently made a purchase where I did not receive any order conformation
a purchase I recently made has been paid for through my PayPal, I have an invoice number and a transaction ID number from PayPal but I not received any order confirmation so I am not sure if I am going to receive the goods.
there is also no purchase history showing on my eBay account as well. How do I find out if I am going to receive these items

·3 years agoAt the top of your purchase history there's a bar with different options, try looking under "returns and cancelled" or "payment failed", it might be in there.

·3 years agoHow long ago did you buy?
Have you changed the drop down menu in the purchase history?
Have you checked your spam folder for order confirmation?
