IF you did not apply for it you need to first be more concerned about notifying your bank, cancelling your card etc and so they can investigate the charges
AND also notifying eBay that you account was compromised
You will also need to change your passwords etc
The usual way when someone signs up to SmartyCashBack because they wanted the $15 voucher (agreeing to the ongoing monthly fees when they do so) would be they log into that account and cancel their subscription
But since you say you did not do this, then you of course will not be able to log into the account someone else created with your details/information to cancel it

You skipped past the word “terms”, but that was the most important word there.
