If you did not agree to pay (whatever it is) I hope you have notified your bank of the unauthorised charge(s) and contacted eBay to suspend your account while they investigate
If however you signed up for the free eBay Plus trial and did not cancel before the paid period started
OR
If you signed up to SmartyCashBack to get a $15 voucher
Then you agreed to pay the fees involved where you provided your details and ticked you had read and understood/agreed to the terms
OR
If you have had a random email claiming to be eBay that you owe some amount of money, then that is likely to be a scammer
As I say, with a question in the heading and nothing in the body to go off, other members can only *guess* what your situation might be
Either way you probably accepted an offer that started your Plus trail, and because you didn't cancel the trial within a month the normal (paid) subscription started.
If you tell us what you want to cancel, we will be able to help more.
